Where people usually start
Something inside the business takes too long, or only works because one person keeps it together in a spreadsheet. Orders, scheduling, approvals, reporting — the details differ, the shape is familiar. You need software that follows your process, not a package you have to bend the company around.
You have a clear idea of the software you want. You could sit down and explain it. What you don’t have is a team to design it and build it. That’s a normal place to start. If you can describe it, we can make it.
How we work
A tool that ignores how your people already work will look fine in a demo and sit unused a month later. So the first part of the job is understanding the business, not sketching screens.
How a job moves from one person to the next. Where the exceptions are. What “done” looks like on an ordinary Tuesday. We ask until the process is clear, including the parts nobody wrote down.
Then we come back with a way to build it — sized to the problem, the people who will use it, and what you actually need in a first version. If a simpler system will do, we’ll say so. If automation belongs in the solution, we’ll put it there for a reason.
You see it working before it is finished. When something doesn’t match reality, you can say so while it is still cheap to change. The result is software your team can use, not a document about software.
After delivery
Once people start using what we built, the next requests show up quickly. A field nobody thought of. A change in how you invoice. A report someone asks for every Monday. A second idea that only became obvious because the first one is finally in place.
We stay for that. Changes, adjustments, and the improvements that come from real use — we’re still the people who know how it was built, so you aren’t starting over with someone new every time something needs to move.
Who this is for
You don’t need a large IT department for this to be useful. You need a clear sense of the work, and someone on your side who can answer questions as we go. We work as an outside team that takes the time to understand the problem before writing code — and that is still around after the project is live.
